Description
Dry Fluorescent Microspheres
CRM35-8B Dry Fluorescent Microspheres is a Thermo Scientific™ Fluoro-Max fluorescent polymer particle, which have been dyed with bright, distinct fluorescent color. Fluoro-Max Dry Fluorescent Particle are produced with polystyrene material at a density of 1.05g/cm3 and a refractive index of 1.59 @ 589nm (25°C). They are typically observed using an epifluorescence microscope, confocal microscope, fluorometer, fluorescence spectrophotometer, or viewed using mineral light, black UV light or a fluorescence activated cell sorter. Dry Fluorescent Polystyrene Particles are most often used in Filter Testing, Flow Tracing and Biological research.
Spectral information is approximate and used for reference only in your studies. The spectral properties of the fluorescent dye are dependent on dye concentration and the physical environment the fluorescent particles are used in. The exact excitation and emission maxima will vary in your studies depending on the particle diameter and composition.
