Built-in Operational Redundancy:
If an ultrasonic transducer in the AFM Fogger fails, the AFM cleanroom fogger continues to produce fog with the remaining transducers, ensuring the Smoke Study can be completed without interruption. The Transducers are designed for 1000’s of hours of operation, and component failure is extremely low.
Ultrapure Construction for Critical Environments:
We use a polished, stainless steel housing for our cleanroom foggers. And – most important – we use high-grade stainless steel ultrasonic transducer blocks inside the fogger to produce ultrapure fog. In contrast, our competitors use basic, low-end ultrasonic blocks designed for water ponds (!!!) with glued plastic housings and chrome plating on the transducer. Over time, ultrasonic sound waves will degrade the transducer chrome plating used in the designs of other fogger manufactures; which releases micro-particles into the cleanroom airflow. Our stainless steel fogger design is truly ultrapure and purpose-built for particle free, ultraclean airflow fog visualization in pharmaceutical ISO Suites and Semiconductor cleanrooms, unlike any other fogger produced on the market.
Protected Advanced Engineering:
Our ultrapure fogger design is further enhanced by a double stainless-steel wall construction. An inner polished stainless steel water cavity and the outer polished stainless steel enclosure. Optimized airflow cooling is provided to the power supply and water cavity, and three additional proprietary integrated features are included with each fogger. These innovations are key to our cleanroom fog performance, providing high airflow visualization advantages for customers who use our AFM cleanroom foggers.
The entire AFM Cleanroom Fogger can be completely doused with water without causing any malfunction and continue to operate. This is especially important to fogger users who are fogging in cleanrooms. The fogger will get condensation and still operate at max performance. We design foggers to be used in cleanroom smoke studies. The water tight integrity is just one of three integrated safety features, which the multi-level safety design of the AFM fogger is based on. Not a SINGLE competitive fogger design offers a safety level even remotely comparable to the AFM Cleanroom Foggers or our Apollo LN2 Foggers.
Parts Warranty period:
Standard 2 year warranty on the AFM Cleanroom Fogger is provided on parts for any AFM fogger sold in 2026, and an optional 3-year fogger parts warranty is available.
Maintenance:
Drain the water from the water cavity, dry the water cavity with our optional air driers and a wipe down of the outer enclosure! That’s it. A simple maintenance for the AFM cleanroom foggers!
